What You'll Do Welcome and engage customers with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through our premium product range with personalized consultations on tiles and sanitaryware solutions. Present compelling design narratives that highlight materials, craftsmanship, and innovative features while leveraging our model room displays to inspire confident purchasing decisions. Nurture ongoing customer relationships through attentive follow-up care and dedicated support. Maintain our showroom's impeccable presentation standards befitting our luxury brand positioning. Gather customer insights and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform strategic recommendations. What We're Looking For You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, or a closely related discipline. You bring a minimum of two years of proven success in high-end retail or luxury real estate sales, with experience in tile or sanitaryware sectors being advantageous. You command fluent English and Swahili communication; proficiency in Arabic or Mandarin adds competitive advantage. You present yourself with polished elegance and quiet confidence that aligns with luxury retail expectations. You demonstrate exceptional sales acumen with strong closing ability, respond with agility to client needs, navigate cultural nuances with sensitivity, and remain composed and discreet under pressure.
