SOKIFY JOB LISTING Position: Site Manager Employer: Diversey About The Role As Site Manager with Diversey, you will oversee daily operations at customer sites while maintaining the highest standards of safety, service quality and customer satisfaction. You'll serve as the critical link between our clients and the Diversey team, driving operational excellence and revenue growth through strategic coordination and proactive management. Key Responsibilities Sales and Revenue Growth You will work towards achieving assigned sales targets while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our advanced solutions. You'll follow up consistently on customer payments and collaborate with your Account Manager to champion trials of new products and services on site. Customer Performance Management Develop and maintain clear customer KPIs, ensuring their consistent delivery and sustainability. Monitor performance metrics regularly, provide weekly reports for stakeholder review and optimization, and resolve any issues proactively before they impact service delivery. Inventory and Chemical Management Plan and oversee chemical inventory on site to ensure smooth operations without interruption. Conduct accurate demand forecasting and manage daily stock counts. Coordinate with our Customer Service team to guarantee timely chemical replenishment and work with customers to ensure they release purchase orders on schedule for uninterrupted supply. Safety and Compliance Leadership Champion health and safety practices across the entire site. Ensure all team members have access to proper Personal Protective Equipment and use it correctly. Conduct monthly safety behaviour evaluations, organize mandatory technical training annually, and maintain daily availability of all Material Safety Data Sheets and product documentation. Oversee proper chemical storage and labeling, perform routine site safety inspections and risk assessments, and train new staff on site processes and safety protocols. Standard Operating Procedures Develop and regularly update SOPs to reflect chemical changes, capture all risks, and clearly define PPE requirements across all operational activities. Supplies and Operations Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials, equipment and site support items to ensure smooth daily operations.
