MOGO Kenya is Hiring: Soft Collections Supervisor (Overdue) Join MOGO Kenya, part of Eleving Group's global fintech operations spanning 16 countries. Since 2019, we've grown to serve over 500,000 customers across Kenya with comprehensive vehicle financing solutions—from car loans and motorcycle financing to logbook loans and electric vehicle options. We're seeking an experienced Soft Collections Supervisor to lead our overdue accounts division in Nairobi. This full-time position offers the chance to manage dynamic collections operations while building and mentoring a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities You'll oversee daily collections activities across our car and boda-boda portfolios, directing team leads and field agents toward consistent performance targets. Your focus will include monitoring key performance metrics, coaching staff for continuous improvement, managing escalated customer concerns, and maintaining strict regulatory compliance throughout all operations. You'll report directly to the Head of Department and serve as a critical link between frontline collections teams and senior leadership. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field alongside at least 4 years of call center management experience. You'll demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, articulate communication skills, and sharp problem-solving abilities.
