You'll serve as the critical bridge connecting our technical engineering teams with business stakeholders, guaranteeing that every initiative—whether it involves building custom web and mobile applications or implementing sophisticated Zoho ecosystems—delivers results that are seamless, scalable, and delivered on schedule. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Your day-to-day impact will include: Managing the complete lifecycle of digital transformation initiatives and custom software development projects, with particular focus on Zoho ecosystem deployments and integrations. You'll take ownership of strategic planning through execution and deployment phases. Collaborating directly with clients to understand and restructure their existing workflows, converting abstract business objectives and requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications that development and Zoho specialist teams can execute against. Overseeing comprehensive implementation and optimization of the Zoho suite, including CRM, Books, Projects, and related modules. Your responsibility extends beyond installation to ensuring these platforms generate genuine business value and measurable outcomes. Functioning as the essential communication hub between technical and business-facing teams, translating complex technical constraints into stakeholder language while articulating business imperatives in terms development teams understand and prioritize. Proactively identifying potential implementation obstacles and applying your understanding of systems architecture and logic to develop effective technical solutions and process improvements before challenges escalate. Maintaining deployment excellence through rigorous version control and quality assurance protocols, utilizing Git and GitHub for custom code management while establishing comprehensive testing procedures for Zoho Deluge scripts and automated workflows. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE You should bring 2 to 3 years of project management experience earned specifically within software development agencies or IT consulting environments, giving you familiarity with client-service project delivery models. You possess practical working experience with Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, or demonstrated strong capability to rapidly master these platforms and understand how their various modules integrate and communicate. You demonstrate foundational technical literacy, including comfortable navigation of coding concepts and version control systems like GitHub. While you won't be writing production code, you need sufficient technical grounding to discuss application logic, system architecture, and development workflows meaningfully. You possess strong analytical capabilities, able to identify automation opportunities and envision how manual processes can be transformed into efficient, data-driven workflows and dashboards. You have proven experience managing projects using agile methodologies, with demonstrated proficiency in project management tools including Zoho Projects, Jira, or Notion. You deliver exceptional communication across all contexts, with particular strength in written communication. You can produce clear, comprehensive project scopes and documentation that stakeholders across technical and business departments understand and align behind.
