Based in Nairobi, Kenya, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer success and deal closure by orchestrating customer value discovery, delivering compelling solution demonstrations, and developing customized value propositions that resonate with our clients. About the Role In this management position, you'll be responsible for ensuring successful customer engagements throughout the entire sales cycle. Your core responsibilities will include leading customer discovery sessions, designing and executing solution demonstrations, building persuasive value proposition narratives, and facilitating seamless handovers to our Customer Success and Services teams. This is a strategic role where your insights directly impact customer adoption rates, long-term satisfaction, and revenue growth across the region. You excel at understanding complex customer challenges, translating them into compelling business solutions, and guiding teams through customer engagements.
