Your mission is to embed preventive quality measures, strengthen factory capabilities, and guarantee that every product meets our customer requirements. You will provide comprehensive support to Quality Control and inspection activities as part of our integrated quality management framework.
Key Responsibilities Include
Upstream Quality Management and Process Control

Conduct thorough root cause analyses to resolve quality issues and build quality at the source, preventing defects before they occur. Lead risk assessments during pre-production meetings and line reviews alongside factory representatives. Drive continuous improvement by pushing factories to consistently exceed quality standards and customer expectations. Develop and deliver training programs to vendor and factory teams, building their understanding of customer requirements, quality standards and fostering a quality-focused mindset. Communicate new requirements promptly to factory partners and facilitate case study sharing sessions to support ongoing improvement initiatives. Track and evaluate Corrective Action Plan implementation and outcomes.
Production Monitoring and Quality Governance
Monitor production status and work-in-progress inventory regularly to identify potential risks and ensure QA readiness. Collaborate with all stakeholders to address quality issues and partner with factories on effective solutions. Oversee daily factory operations with particular attention to compliance matters. Supervise the factory's internal quality control systems, including sharp tool control and needle detection processes. Coordinate with sales teams regarding quantity, delivery schedules and direct shipment order bookings.
