Your Responsibilities You'll take ownership of Kenya's marketing function, reporting to our Business Development Manager. Your key duties include: Crafting and executing country-specific marketing strategies tailored to the Kenyan market Developing and rolling out demand generation and lead-generation marketing initiatives Designing, launching, and measuring marketing campaigns against clearly defined KPIs and performance targets Supporting market research efforts during regional expansion, with sensitivity to local ethics, culture, and customs Coordinating marketing events, exhibitions, and activations as required Contributing to ongoing marketing activities and providing support across the wider marketing and regional teams Managing marketing team coordination and overseeing delegated projects Monitoring industry trends and implementing best practices Handling additional responsibilities as assigned What We're Looking For You'll bring a university degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related business field, with a minimum of five years' experience in a comparable role. Your expertise should include: Deep, practical knowledge of Kenya's market landscape Native fluency in Swahili with excellent English proficiency Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics and metrics Strong digital marketing capabilities Exceptional project management abilities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational capabilities and proven multitasking abilities A dynamic, target-oriented mindset Project management experience is advantageous.
