Nurture and expand relationships with key accounts while simultaneously cultivating direct customer connections and building a robust distributor network that strengthens market penetration. Drive revenue across ADM's complete animal nutrition portfolio including premixes, additives, advanced feed materials, and comprehensive feed solutions. You'll combine technical depth with commercial acumen, understanding not only the science behind animal nutrition but also the business realities your customers face. This requires close collaboration with colleagues across product development, technical support, application teams, marketing, customer service, and logistics to engineer solutions that truly resonate with customers. You'll stay ahead of market movements by monitoring competitive dynamics, tracking pricing trends, analyzing customer needs, and spotting growth opportunities before others do. Maintain a healthy Salesforce pipeline with accurate forecasting and transparent reporting while driving strategic account management that strengthens customer loyalty and increases wallet share. Your Experience You bring demonstrated success in animal nutrition, feed production, additives, premixes, or related industries. You've built a track record in B2B sales and business development with proven ability to manage key accounts and distributor relationships effectively. Strong negotiation skills, excellent customer relationship management capabilities, and solid commercial acumen form your foundation. You understand the animal nutrition landscape in Kenya or East Africa, and you're comfortable blending technical knowledge with business strategy. Your analytical skills are sharp, your planning methodologies are sound, and your forecasting accuracy gives leadership confidence in your pipeline projections. You're experienced using CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and you thrive in fast-paced, matrix-driven international environments.
