LEGAL RETAINER SERVICES PROVIDER - TERRE DES HOMMES KENYA About This Opportunity Terre des hommes Foundation (Tdh), a leading Swiss organization dedicated to advancing children's rights globally, is seeking a qualified legal firm to provide comprehensive retainer-based legal services. With over six decades of impact, Tdh operates across fragile, humanitarian, and development contexts, partnering with governments, civil society organizations, research institutions, and the private sector to strengthen child protection systems and improve outcomes for vulnerable children and youth. Role Overview Tdh-Kenya is looking for an experienced legal firm to serve as a trusted partner on both retainer and case-by-case engagement bases. Your firm will deliver a broad spectrum of legal support services tailored to Tdh's operational and strategic needs. Required Expertise Your legal firm must demonstrate proven competence and experience in the following areas: Labour and employment law with strong track record in organizational HR matters Corporate law with comprehensive understanding of business structures and governance Deep familiarity with the non-governmental organization sector and its unique regulatory environment Knowledge of applicable Kenyan legal frameworks governing international development organizations What We're Looking For A professional legal firm capable of providing strategic counsel, handling compliance matters, and delivering responsive support to a dynamic international organization.
