POSITION OVERVIEW We are recruiting a full-time Tours & Travel Consultant to join our team on-site in Nairobi County. This role sits at the heart of our operations, where you will transform client dreams into unforgettable journeys. You will design compelling travel packages, deliver personalized travel consulting, orchestrate guided tours, and nurture client relationships from inquiry through completion. Your responsibilities will encompass booking management, logistics coordination for transportation and accommodations, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You bring proven experience in guided tours and the travel and tourism industry. Your communication skills are exceptional, and you excel at building rapport with diverse clients. You are proficient in travel consulting, with demonstrated ability to craft detailed itineraries and seamlessly coordinate travel components. You navigate travel management systems and software with confidence and work effectively both as a collaborative team member and independent operator. A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field is required. Multilingual capabilities and demonstrated passion for sustainable tourism practices are valuable additions to your profile.
