What You'll Do You'll manage the complete trade marketing cycle, overseeing annual category and channel plans while controlling trade investments and promotional budgets to unlock category growth. Your analytical mindset will shape demand planning by identifying growth drivers, coordinating sales forecasts, and converting retail audit data into winning strategies. Leadership of promotional strategies falls squarely on your shoulders. You'll align the marketing mix with brand priorities, collaborating with media, finance, and consumer marketing teams to maximise return on investment at every touchpoint. Point-of-sale material development, production, and deployment will be under your direct control, ensuring merchandising excellence and retail impact through strategic agency partnerships. Field visibility and Beauty Advisor activation strategy reporting to you means staying ahead of local competitive shifts and maintaining retail excellence standards that keep L'Oréal ahead of the curve. What We're Looking For You possess deep commercial acumen with a proven history of steering trade investments and promotional strategies across varied retail environments. Your channel expertise spans Modern Trade and traditional retail—you know how to manage distributor partnerships and drive in-store visibility that converts browsers into buyers. Your analytical strength enables you to interpret market and retail data, build accurate sales forecasts, and spot emerging category growth opportunities before competitors do. Operational excellence defines your work style; managing external agency partners, overseeing POS production cycles, and ensuring flawless retail rollout is second nature to you. Strong stakeholder management abilities—the capacity to communicate clearly and collaborate seamlessly across commercial, finance, and marketing teams—are essential.
