The Opportunity The Tupande Boiler Operator plays a vital role in keeping macadamia processing operations running smoothly. You will oversee the continuous functioning and upkeep of boiler systems that produce the steam and hot water critical to our processing workflows. In this position, you ensure equipment runs at maximum efficiency, maintain unwavering safety standards, prevent costly downtime, and identify issues before they escalate. Through proactive maintenance and vigilant monitoring, you directly support our mission to deliver quality products while protecting our team and assets. This is a fixed-term contract role based in Sagana, bringing technical precision and operational excellence to one of our key production units.
