About Our Kenya Operations Our Kenya program, operating since 2006 under the Tupande brand, directly serves more than 1 million farmers through a robust team structure. The Kakamega headquarters base includes approximately 500 staff members coordinating activities for 1,747 field personnel. Additional support functions operate from our Nairobi office, where roughly 50 team members manage critical global operations spanning procurement, recruitment, government relations, and related functions. The Role We are recruiting a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Tupande team on a fixed-term contract basis. This position plays an essential part in maintaining our service delivery standards and ensuring farmer-facing programs consistently meet organizational quality benchmarks. You will work collaboratively across departments to establish, monitor, and continuously improve quality systems while supporting our mission to enhance agricultural productivity and farmer livelihoods throughout Kenya.
