About the Role This is a full-time, on-site volunteer position based in Nairobi County. You'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting both our internal team and community engagement efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with web and digital projects, helping coordinate community events and training activities, creating documentation, and developing content for various platforms. You'll work alongside team members on project deliverables, provide administrative and logistical support where needed, and interact directly with community members and external partners. The role emphasizes learning by doing — you'll develop practical digital skills, adhere to project guidelines, and actively contribute ideas for improving how we work and the results we achieve. On-site presence during agreed working hours is essential, and we expect all volunteers to maintain professional standards and demonstrate respect in every interaction. About You You're comfortable using computers and familiar with basic web browsing, online tools, and standard office software. Your communication skills are strong, particularly in written and spoken English, though Kiswahili proficiency is a bonus. You manage your time well, stay organized, follow instructions carefully, and consistently meet deadlines. You have a genuine interest in technology, digital solutions, or community development, and you're eager to expand your skillset. You thrive in diverse team environments, collaborate effectively with others, and bring a positive, proactive attitude to everything you do. You're reliable and committed to attending on-site regularly in Nairobi County.
