You'll be the vital link between front-of-house service and back-of-house operations, maintaining composure and professionalism during both quiet periods and busy service rushes. What You'll Do Take ownership of service shifts by assigning stations, monitoring delivery quality, and pacing the dining experience from start to finish. Lead pre-service meetings to brief your team on menu changes, special guest requests, and the day's operational focus. Inspect and maintain all table settings, staff appearance, and service areas to consistently meet Divine Caterers' established standards. Respond immediately to guest concerns, handling complaints professionally and creatively to turn any service hiccup into an opportunity for loyalty. Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and ISO-based procedures across service areas, keeping thorough records and staying audit-ready. Coach team members on proper service technique, product knowledge, and compliance requirements. Track service supply inventory and work with the kitchen and purchasing teams to ensure nothing runs short. What We're Looking For Minimum two years of hands-on hospitality experience, ideally in a supervisory or service leadership role. Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service sequences, dining etiquette, and standard operating procedures. Understanding of ISO standards and their practical application to hospitality quality and continuous improvement. Ability to stay calm, organised, and professional while juggling multiple tables and unexpected situations. Strong interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team and engage respectfully with guests from all backgrounds.
