Warehouse Supervisor

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR At Sokify, we're seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our operations team. This role offers the opportunity to lead warehouse activities, manage critical inventory processes, and ensure seamless product delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. ABOUT THE ROLE As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a central role in coordinating warehouse operations and material planning for our customer base. Your responsibilities will include identifying high-value customer accounts and their material requirements, creating comprehensive critical materials lists, analyzing inventory against customer needs, and generating segregation reports for project teams. You'll work closely with Logistics Coordinators and Service Delivery Coordinators to optimize material allocation, manage capacity constraints, and adjust stocking levels as needed. Your ability to coordinate goods receipts, oversee warehouse organization, and maintain compliance with company procedures will directly impact our operational success. You'll also champion health, safety, and environmental excellence by applying established HSE protocols and the five fundamentals of a perfect HSE day. WHAT YOU BRING You'll have a High School Diploma or GED and demonstrated forklift experience. Your background includes solid experience in quality management, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management environments. You excel at identifying problems, implementing effective solutions, and driving continuous improvement. You're a collaborative team player who communicates effectively across departments.
