In this full-time, on-site position, you will be the backbone of our facility operations, ensuring all office spaces, common areas, and sanitary facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your daily responsibilities will include dusting and surface cleaning, floor maintenance, waste management, restocking supplies, and general area upkeep. You will also handle specialized tasks such as window cleaning, carpet care, and preparing meeting and break rooms for use. Working collaboratively with our Facilities Team, you will create and maintain an orderly, pleasant workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence. KEY REQUIREMENTS You bring proven experience in commercial office cleaning or similar environments, with demonstrated expertise in thorough surface and sanitary maintenance. Your background should include residential cleaning experience with strong attention to detail and organization. You possess professional window cleaning skills with safe handling knowledge of cleaning agents and equipment. Carpet and upholstery care experience—ideally including operation of specialized cleaning machinery and stain treatment—is essential. You are reliable and punctual with the physical stamina to perform demanding tasks consistently. You handle cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly and professionally. Basic English language skills are valuable for understanding instructions, and you demonstrate genuine teamwork ability with a meticulous, service-oriented approach to your work.
